I watch a lot of DVD special features and the thing that kills me is when an actor describes his director as someone that knows "exactly what he wants."To me, this just seems like a redundant compliment. The director is the one that, surprise, directs the film to the minutia of details and ultimately responsible for everything on the film from the titles down to the the film score. Yes, its a collaborative effort 100% but he is the one that artistically guides it.
Therefore, he should know exactly what he wants, its HIS JOB!
